How we use your details.
When you request the Peymo investor pack or a call, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the type of request, indicative investment amount and investor category.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your request, send you information about this investment opportunity and arrange any call you ask for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by Peymo’s investor relations team and are processed by our website hosting provider on our behalf. We never sell or share your details for marketing by others.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a shareholder, in which case we keep records as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to us contacting you, by replying to any email from us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
